What about this title: BEAUTIFUL(GLOW):-))) ..and look: the colours of the letters: turquoise, pink reflect the colours of the T-Shirts. Peter, I must admit when I see your Mamiya-pictures I have a temperature, a Mamiya-Fever- and I looked already for a remedy on ebay..if there wouldn´t be the weight…delay…but that LOOK!!!!…I will find out if that´s up my alley!!

      Thank you Andreas.

I had considered the alternate title you suggest, but settled on the more simple “Glow”.

The tones here once again do it for me. And this was captured in harsh midday sunlight… the Portra’s handling of both the tones and colour in said light is just incredible. I’d like to see digital do this… but it can’t.

Anyway, I like having instant results too, so I’ve decided on my next digital camera… for the third time this year. But, I know that this sort of result can only be achieved with large medium format film, so the Mamiya 7II and RZ67 will both stay.

        Master Peter,
when i did read your reply, I got the answer for me, the “Re-SOLUTION”: both digital and analog! Just as I like my bike as my Audi, just as I like my acoustic as my electric guitar!…when i had a long ride with my bike..there is this satisfying feeling and the effort is forgotten..I wonder if the same comes with analog?!…for sure! when I see your stunning analog results!
So, Nothing to Lose -everything….win! I hope Umberto understands my progress/ process…:-)

Well put! I have an old ’69 v-dub camper that I love driving… but damn it’s nice to get i a modern car afterwards with brakes and steering that work! 😉 Different tools for different moods and occasions.

Nice pastel tones (Wardrobe did a great job 😀 ) with some great sharpness.

You and Bijan are making the Mamiya hard to resist.

Nice to see the color work, Peter.

If only we could resist the digital temptation…

Lovely pastel tones – the skin tones are especially well handled with a surprising subtlety given the conditions you mentioned.

If I might be super-critical Peter, maybe just a little too much dead space at the top of this one just unbalances the composition a little, to my eye at least and this is just my opinion. Interesting to see the sky equally well rendered though, having said that!
