Cher Peter,
that is a wonderful captured moment ….
I am very happy for you with this new gear … hoping you will enjoy this new way to photograph!
I wish and hope! You have made the good choice with this new purchase.
Btw the camera you have in your hand, you know how to create feelings and emotions with your pictures.
All the best
Cher Hugues,
So nice to hear from you, mon ami!
Thank you, as always, for your encouragement.
I’m just at the beginning of my relationship with this camera and I’m only at the infancy of my post-processing experimentation, but I already know that these files have a lot to offer.
However, as you know, it’s always about the emotions and feelings first, then the technicals.
Hello Peter (and Hugues). It’s been a long time since I’ve commented, though drop in from time to time to see how your life in photos is unfolding.
As ever Peter is great to see what and how you have been documenting life.
Personally I am still detached from making images. My heart and brain just have not been ready or engaged enough but can feel it starting to creep back in again. Kept my 50mm summicron lens. There may be a reason for that!
Take care and will enjoy seeing how you handle this beast of a camera!
Hello Andrew! Wow, another blast from the past… I was getting worried about you my friend.
I’m curious about your detachment from photography. We all go through it sometimes, but this has been a particularly long spell for you (though I am glad you think that the spark is coming back).
Thank you for your kind words, and don’t be a stranger!
