A+, yet again. I wouldn’t say it’s film-like but there’s nothing wrong with the tonality.
To me, this says “digital”. Or, at least, “digital trying to be film”. But I try to ignore that nagging feeling these days, or just shoot film when I cannot.
Peter,
For me, a great image, is a great image. I personally don’t get too hung up on if it is ‘organic’ or has a film look or not. I think a great picture can stand on its own in any medium. I have some of the most important images with my family, taken with my iPhone, that I couldn’t care less how they were captured. Just happy to have them. This image, for me, is absolutely incredible. I do feel the depth of field is a factor with your equipment, and this is brought together perfectly here. But I personally wouldn’t discredit it too much, just due to the fact it was caught on a digital sensor. Just my .02! Love seeing your work.
Of course you’re correct Dave… and I’m trying… I’m trying.
Awesome. Love the look and feel of the 58!
Very, very good! Filmish! What did you do? 👍😀
