I’ve always thought that H looked (at their current ages anyway) like the best athlete among the kids. From her dancing and skating positions to even just handling bubble hoops on the beach, you can (I think) see her natural athleticism. She looks good here. That last one, except for the neither quite two nor four seam grip on the ball (hey, whatever works), is great: front shoulder closed, ball up, elbow down, and her wrist cocked. And then on follow through, the front side is still pretty closed, elbow now up and wrist released. Nice.
But most importantly, I’m guessing she’s a pretty smart kid so MUST have liked pitching (wink, wink, nod, nod, from an old pitcher) MUCH better than catching. 😉
