Regardless of what equipment you are using, I’m glad you are back to having something in your hands that makes you happy and posting more often. This is great, you must of been pretty close with that 50!

Forgot to mention: As much as I like the tones in the last one, I think I prefer the rendering and B&W conversion here…It certainly suits the scene beautifully!

His eyes shut while you have perfect focus on the ball? Genius. Good that you left room for the swing in the image……and room for the anticipated swing in the prior one. Baseball is all about anticipation. Really, this is delightful and masterful.

Have mercy…….it is impossible to miss the home run of all that. Your timing is impeccable and well considered. The accomplishment of this image is as heartful and beautiful as it is astonishing. You should consider taking up photography…..I think you could be really good at it. 🙂

Nice series Peter..and moment. If I had to choose I think, even with the action scene here that there is something about the ambiance and anticipation of No 1 which I choose. Got to love those colors as well from the M9.

His expression and the closed eyes are a classic….’eyes on the ball boy, eyes on the ball’

    😉

    Well done Peter.
