I’m glad you feel that way. Bringing a camera with a maximum f/4 lens and 400 film to a very dark aquarium was not the wisest idea. I was shooting at 1/8 or slower.
Very nice effect here Peter. 1/8 hand held…my goodness!!
Great shot! Having owned 2, Mamiya 6 bodies and a Mamiya 7. I honestly feel that I had more success shooting at slow shutter speeds with the Mamiya’s than I do with the M and M9. Don’t know if it had anything to do with the larger mass of the Mamiyas, but it was very noticeable to me.
This is a fantastic shot!
The silence is deafening. Epic capture!
Stunning, spectacular!
Thank you Andrew, Chris, Kostas, Dan, and Jon!
Chris and Andrew, the Mamiya shutter is definitely quieter (and gentler) than the Leica cameras I’ve used – it’s even quieter than the M3.
Now THIS is WAY far out cool!
