handsome Baxter, given a painterly photograph with one of my favorite lenses
…a grand pooch portrait
Hey Arthur! Thanks for the comment. It looks painterly to me too 🙂
Listen, I have to tell you something. Almost 13 yrs ago, during a very difficult time in my life, I was perusing the Leica forum on Dpreview because I was considering taking a leap of faith and buying an anachronistic camera called the M8.
I saw one of your comments where you praised the Voigtlander 40/1.4 Nokton, and I decided right then and there that that was going to be my first M-mount lens.
And the rest is history.
Many lenses have come and gone, but the little Nokton has remained a part of my life. So I have to tell you: thank you.
