As for the tones, this is what the M9 can do when no filters are applied – all I did was de-saturate the colours and adjust the contrast to my liking.

Incredible photograph Peter! I would expect the girls are looking at Audrey Hepburn hopping off the scooter in Roman Holiday. A classic!
More evidence that digital does b&w better. Film does colour better. 🙂 Of course if you did shoot this with film, it would not be a bad thing.
