What a breathtaking wonderful photo!
Incredible colours! How do you do this with a digital cam? Magic! So natural! Spoiled by your MF-images, I don´t miss a thing here! (PERFECT = Peter Earl of Rangefinder and Earl of Challenging Task).
Peter, what is your mystery?.hm..can´t calm myself!
Thank you Andreas.
It’s the CCD sensor.
No other 35mm camera currently in production has one.
The company (Kodak) that made it has gone bankrupt. The new owner (Truesense) is keeping it alive, but the company (Leica) that built the camera has now embraced CMOS technology. Just like Nikon, Canon, Sony, etc. And files generated from CMOS-based cameras behave more or less the same when I manipulate them. They record data in an inferior way.
—Peter.
Really lovely!

Thank you Bo.
Wonderful photograph Peter.

Thank you Bijan.
Keep making these wonderful images of your family Peter as they grow faster than you can imagine. My 18 year old is working at a Boy Scout camp 8 hours away from home and the 15 year old can’t put his guitar down.
Thank you Duane. Time is seemingly moving fast, so I’m doing the best I can to freeze it.
Brother, you make the most beautiful photographs.
Thank you kindly.
If I could photograph candid/formal portraiture for the rest of my life, I would be pleased.
Agree with everyone the portrait is nice, but allways found the colour rendering especially when observing skin tones on the Summarit lenses to distinctive., I converted a lot to b&w. Moving to the Summicron then Summilux Iens you can see class, but annoyingly at a huge cost $.
A very nice young man!
Thank you Umberto.
