How cool is it that one day you can give this new old revived camera (with some of these nice prints) to your daughter, knowing that another generation can capture beautiful moments like this with it. You did the only right thing by having the camera reborn.
I initially hesitated to break that “L” seal on the camera by getting it repaired, but I’m glad I decided to proceed. There were more than a few necessary upgrades to get it fully up to speed though… I may put together a separate post delineating them all.
That would be great if you could as I have a M6 which is in good condition but I have no idea how to get it serviced or even what needs servicing on a regular basis. A referral post on servicing would be much appreciated. Thanks.
