      On a technical note, the window light was very weak (it was raining outside) – perfect for a soft portrait but I had to shoot @ f/1.4 and 1/60 sec to keep the ISO low (320).

        Beautiful shot Peter. Curious if you shot that landscape and then cropped or vertical to start with? The ‘straightness’ of the lines are excellent for that width of lens.

          Hi Jason. This image was shot as presented, in portrait mode, with no cropping applied.

          There is a slight degree of distortion with this lens when straight edges are present in the periphery of the frame, but it’s all corrected with one click in LR5.
