Hmmm… interesting about the RX1. I’ve been watching it carefully and even posted about it the day it was announced (https://prosophos.com/2012/09/12/sony-dsc-rx1-theyre-getting-closer/). If it wasn’t for my love of rangefinder photography, I’d probably be tempted to get it.
Interesting also that you found it to be “too small”.
By the way, I’ve heard from a source high up (how’s that for cryptic?) that this year we’ll see something that will surprise no one, but that will be greeted with great enthusiasm.
(Think a FF sensor camera but with more versatility… ;)).

Yes, I know it’s not nice to tease… sorry about that! I only mentioned it because Andrew discussed the RX-1 and I happen to be sitting on some information. Incidentally, despite knowing what I know, I’m staying with my M9.
