As an aside, after judging for the moment, lighting, composition, and post-processing, I’m always most pleased with an image of mine if it makes me believe — even for a moment — that I’m staring at a painting.

It’s too soon to know if this one qualifies, but that’s my early impression.

Another wonderful example of the magic of light, unnoticed by many but seen so clearly by you!!

I’d concur with your comments, beautiful in every regard and most definitely one to cherish.

  I’d like to think I notice it. The trouble is, it’s only there for a few fleeting moments at the beginning and at the end of each day and winter will soon be here.
