Hello Peter,
What a great capture ! His expression works perfectly with this moment…
Your composition and the timing here is a master of school ( Sans faire de jeux de mots )
I like the protector hand of his Mother, i guess, to close the image and l’inconnu front of your
Lovely Boy… Du grand Art cher Peter .
Bonne rentrée à toute la famille .
Hugues.
Dear Hugues,
Always, always, you have a nice comment to make – thank you.
hey Peter, I was curious, I checked but maybe I missed it, your copy of the 40MM VM, did you get the single coat or multi coat? Wide open at 1.4 I’m not seeing that old school glow in your images that I see often in mine, and while I do like the look sometimes, I don’t always want it, and most of the time I just click to 1.8 or f2. I have the SC.
Also, thanks for doing this site, almost every lens I’m ever curious about, i know I can trust the images you take to get a good sense of what to expect from them.
