Following in the heels of this morning’s test shot, D stopped by for a visit (socially distanced, outside, etc…) and I roped him into a quick portrait.

As you can tell, this image was taken in December. That’s when I started shooting this roll of film — a roll of film I just couldn’t finish off no matter how hard I tried. Call it a lack of motivation or just a copious serving of laziness.
Anyway, I wasn’t sure how it was all going to turn out because I chanced two things here:
I usually like to minimize the presence of variables but this time I introduced two.

The dimensions of the newly-announced Fujifilm GFX 100S, as compared to the Nikon D850 (images courtesy of the comparison site camerasize.com). The Fuji of course is a mirrorless camera with a larger sensor, and the Nikon a DSLR with a smaller sensor.
Each has their pros and cons and this is an apples-to-oranges comparison, but I did it for my own purposes and thought I would share.
