Gosh….couldn’t agree less….I felt the picture conveyed an air of nervous energy – that moment of thinking “what situation am i about to walk in to?” I’m sure those officers would love to see the photo, too – time passes so quickly in such a job and I’d bet they’d love a document of the pride they no doubt have in their jobs. Great photo (the original – not the blues brothers – we could search for pics of cover bands ourselves if we really felt the need to see them – not a good use of Peter’s server space).

      Hi Pete,

      First of all,
every emotion a photo ( or every arts) evokes in somebody has its justification!
It is absolutely okay, if you don´t agree with my first and spontaneous impression and you feel and see the opposite. But must it be that offensive? It would have been enough: “ I felt the picture conveyed an air of nervous…..”Period!

      Secondly,
I just did put a link of the picture in my comment, not the photo itself- . I was in a hurry to my d. office and I agree with you in this case, I did not want to show a Blues brother cover band- sorry for that.

      Thirdly,
every comment is awaiting moderation. So, it is up to Peter to decide and take care for his server´s space.

For me it seems, I did press( unintentionally) a “red button” in you! Can it be, that is was the association police (serious) and bluesbrother ( comedy)? As a physician/doctor I can see in my night-shift during bloodtests( drunk people) and crisis intervention and so on, what these policemen perform and I highly appreciate that!

Peter´s blog is so valuable/precious and a positive island of family, love and creativity, this must not be damaged!
So Pete, let us join hands and enjoy continuing the wonderful photos of Peter!

      Andreas
