Not too many Zen moments for me lately. But this is such a quintessential little moment image with it’s take on focal point vs main subject rather subtly (I think) reinforcing the unfocused focus of meditation that it seemed an opportune time to welcome you back with a little ommmmm. 🙂

Just life, things we all have or will have to deal with…at the moment mostly the health of aging parents.
