Changed image and also too colour! Why did you prefer this one Peter vs. the other image?
I assume it might be to do with “flight”, combined with this, colour gives it more “life” and the bokeh effect in the trees above. That’s my guess.
The other b&w though was more a classical image, which I also really liked.

Thanks Andrew. I found this one to be more expressive, and it conveys the mood of the moment better than the first one I posted. Since I normally try to pick only one shot, this is the one I’ve settled on. Thanks again for your comments.
The pull, the push, the rush of air into that moment: an instant’s perfect lightness, the red bird glides against the blue and white, feels like… freedom.
Perhaps this describes (however imperfectly) not just your daughter on the swing…
