(I couldn’t resist posting one more image for this year…)
It’s Christmas Eve, the kids are finally asleep, and the fire is almost out.
Old St. Nick is near.

It looks like you opened your present early 🙂
A beautiful image.
Merry Christmas Guy, and a Happy 2013.
Just wonderful….
Thank you Andrew. My best to you and yours in 2013.
This is huge… Happy new glass 🙂
ps: just curious, why 21 and not 24? In my opinion 24mm and 50mm are the holy couple.
Très Cher Peter !!!
So that was … The thing you expect!
I am very happy for you, and I’m sure in your hands, this 21 will do “damage” … The proof in this superb first image you post here!
Hoping that the whole little world is thriving …
Once again, I wish you a happy holiday season my friend!
Warm Regards.
Hugues.
Congratulations Peter! It seems a wonderful lens. I might be wrong but did you try the 21 super elmar back a couple of months ago? — I believe had read this lens at one of your photos’ info.
Matteo, Hugues, and Luiz, thank you so much for your generous encouragement, but this lens is borrowed and I will not be purchasing it.
Hi Peter, thank you for sharing all your wonderful pictures in 2012. It was an amazing year and I am looking forward to 2013:-). Hope you had a wonderful Christmas time with your familiy and whish you all the best for next year!

Hey Peter
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and I wish you and your family all the best for 2013 🙂
We’ve been away camping in the rain which we seem to be making an annual event……so I am only now getting the chance to see this post.
An intriguing lens choice and as usual I will be paying very close attention to the results from this. I wish perhaps we were geographically closer then we could pool gear resources from time to time and save a small fortune in the process!! 🙂
