Not sure which one I prefer actually. The last time I was unsure, the comments were unanimously in favour of one image… although in that case the images were identical and they only differed in their processing.

This one. It has more mystery, more drama, and I have a strong preference for its symmetry which, for me anyway, strengthens the sense of an edge, but also of her balance at the edge.
For the record, I was in the color camp as well. It’ll be interesting to see if there’s anything like that accord here.
Thanks Greg. Well, yours is currently the only comment, so I guess it’s unanimous 🙂
Believe it or not, I have a 3rd version that I’ll probably never post, and I’ve been oscillating between all 3 versions all weekend, which pretty much tells me I’m not entirely satisfied with any of them…
In contrast, I’ve put the finishing touches on tomorrow’s image, and I’m very satisfied with it.
Thanks again for your thoughts.
I’m with Greg on this one. The girl, angle of view, and more sky gives it a forward momentum which I find pleasing – rather like being on the prow of ship.
“… – rather like being on the prow of ship.”
Leslie! Your description is very illustrative… I hadn’t thought about it that way. Thank you so much!
I’m in favor of this one as well Peter. She definitely adds some sort of direction. Well done!
Thanks for voicing your opinion Alex!… much appreciated.
